This state-of-the-art $80m project on a 65,000 sq m block has become one of the largest shopping centres in the area and houses some of the major brand names in retail and bulky goods. Metroland sourced its own building and construction materials for this project through its building products division.

Murray Street, Sydney
This 6-storey heritage office building is located near Sydney's Darling Harbour. Metroland is conducting major refurbishment work that includes a total internal demolition and refit, plus completely new interior design and construction. The refurbishment cost is estimated at over $3m, with the building to become home to many international organisations.
